I have lived the last 7 years of my life between Atlanta and San Francisco in the United States. Over the course of those years, I accumulated quite a lot of meaningless stuff.

They were just sitting in my apartment, not adding any value or utility to my life.

Now that it was time for me to move again, it felt like the perfect time to do the ultimate decluttering. Over the last couple of years, I have started living a more minimal lifestyle. Every chance I got, I threw out some of my unnecessary physical belongings. Yet, there’s always more to declutter.

The Motivation

I have been a huge advocate of leading a minimalist lifestyle for some time now. I try my best to live what I preach. This was my chance to take that “living” to a whole other “minimalist level”.

Being a Software Engineer, one thing the pandemic had taught me over the past two years is how a lot of my work life can be remote if I choose. I love that lifestyle! I always wanted to do more traveling and this was my opportunity.
