My 2022 Productivity Stack

I define “productivity stack” as the collection of apps and services that help me save a ton of time and get a lot of focused work done over the course of a day.

In the last few years, I have used countless apps, each claiming to be the “miracle cure” to all things anti-productivity. After giving most of them a go, I have realized that there is no “one single app” that will make you the most productive.

What you need is a productivity system, composed of many different apps and services. After numerous iterations, I developed a productivity system that works for me. I am here to share that system with you.

Email Client: Spark Mail

Every day I make two trips to my email inbox — in the morning before starting work and at the end of every day before wrapping up.

Even though, I make only two trips, both the trips tend to last quite a long time. I take actions on any actionable email, snooze ones that I want to come back to later on and then schedule emails to go out the next few days.
