2022 has been the most productive year of my life! I entered the year with a new found motivation, after a pandemic driven and life altering 2020 and to some extent 2021.

I wanted this to be the year where I make great progress in all areas of my life, grow as an individual and overall, start contributing something meaningful to the world.

To give you an idea, here are some of the highlights of my year so far:

  • Got promoted to an IC3 Software Engineer (senior?!) at Yelp
  • Grew my YouTube channel from 100 to almost 1K
  • Started blogging again
  • Read 6 books cover to cover
  • Started working out, outdoor running and lost 20 Pounds!
  • Became a vegan!
  • Did a few road trips around California with friends and family

To get all these (and more) done in less than half a year, of course I needed a comprehensive productivity system.

I have been a productivity geek for 3 years now. However, I have always been very passive about it. Even though most of the content I consumed through YouTube, Podcasts, Blogs and Books were somehow related to productivity, I never really implemented any of the things in my actual life.

I always felt like there was some new idea that was missing in my life, or some new app that will change my whole life! So my obsession with productivity became more of a “chase for a magic pill”.

That had to change in 2022! And it did.

Instead of just consuming content, I decided to implement things I learned from the content into my life. Instead of trying 100 new productivity apps, I decided to pick a few that fits my lifestyle and make them work.

That made all the difference.

I ended up creating a productivity system or “stack” that is perfectly suited for my lifestyle. Now let me go through 3 of the heavy hitting apps from this system.
